Without special request: 1st payment: 50%, 2nd payment: 50%.

Split amounts can be adjusted upon request at the time of application.

1st payment: 30%, 2nd payment: 30%, 3rd payment: 40%.

Payment Process:

Place your desired items in the cart on our website and proceed with the order.

Specify the desired payment stage (2nd or 3rd) in the customer request section when filling out the order form.

If you wish to change the installment amount, please inform us.

Apply for installment payment stages via email.

We will provide you with an estimate for installment payments via email.

(1st payment must be completed on the order date.)

When making installment payments (1st to 3rd), please indicate the payer's name and payment stage.

Example: Monica, 1st installment

Installment payments must be made once a month, on the payment due date.

Example: If you placed an order on December 12th,

2nd payment will be on January 12th, and 3rd payment will be on February 12th.

Additional Information:

Production of ordered items will begin after the 1st payment is completed.

The order status will change to "Awaiting Payment" after the 1st payment is completed.

Once both 2nd and 3rd payments are completed, the order status will change to "Preparing for Shipment."

Items will be shipped within 30 days from the last payment date.

(Shipping schedule may vary depending on production status.)

Early payments before the due date will not affect the shipping schedule.

Additional orders may delay the shipping date.

Important Notes:

Orders cannot be canceled after the 1st payment.

If the 2nd payment is not made within 2 weeks after the 1st payment, a reminder will be sent to the email address provided during ordering.

If the 2nd payment is not made or the order is canceled after the 1st payment, the order will be automatically canceled, and a 30% penalty fee (1st installment) will not be refunded.

The names of the orderer and payer must be identical.
